What is PonD3?
PonD3 is a digital service that lets you obtain 3D anatomical models from CT images (DICOM format) in just 48 hours. It's designed for universities, residency programs, surgeons, simulation centers, and educational labs that want to use the reconstructions for training, simulation, and basic pre-operative planning.
How does the service work?
Just upload the CT images (DICOM) directly to the platform, enter your email, and complete payment via Stripe. Within 48 hours you'll receive the 3D model.
What images can I upload?
You can only upload Computed Tomography (CT) images in DICOM format. Make sure you have the rights and authorizations needed to use the data you upload to the platform.
How much does the service cost?
The cost per reconstruction is 250 euros (VAT excluded) per model requested.
How is payment handled?
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of each reconstruction request.
In what format do I receive the 3D model?
The 3D model is made available on a private, browsable dashboard within the PonD3 site. After completing your order and registration, a personal private area is automatically created. You can consult and view the 3D model online via the dashboard for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.
How quickly will I receive the model?
We guarantee delivery of the 3D model within 48 hours of receiving payment and the correct CT images.
Can the 3D model replace the CT for clinical or diagnostic purposes?
No. The 3D model generated by PonD3 does not replace the original CT exam. The product is intended exclusively for educational, simulation, and basic planning purposes. For any clinical use, medical decision, or diagnostic interpretation, you must always refer to the original CT images evaluated by a specialist physician.
Can I request modifications or support on the received model?

Is my data safe?
Yes. All uploaded data is used exclusively to produce the requested reconstruction and is deleted from our systems after the model is delivered. No data is profiled or kept for any other purpose.
Does PonD3 process sensitive patient data?
No, PonD3 does not process or retain sensitive patient data. All transmitted data (CT images in DICOM format) is automatically anonymized through a dedicated script as soon as it's received by the platform. JST 3D S.r.l. and PonD3 have no access to patient personal data.
What can I use the 3D models for?
The models are designed for training, simulation, and basic pre-operative planning. They do not replace the opinion of a qualified physician and are not intended for advanced diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
Do I need to install specific software?
No, you don't need to install or download any software to use the service. You can consult and view the 3D model directly online via the private dashboard on the PonD3 site. All you need is a modern browser and an internet connection.
